These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website (braidingwithatwist.org) operated by Braiding With A Twist Salon Academy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Purpose of the Site

The Site is intended to provide information about the Organization’s programs, particularly those aimed at teen youth, and to facilitate communication and engagement with participants, parents, volunteers, and supporters.

Eligibility

The Website and our free 10-week training program are intended for teenagers and their parents or guardians. You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to register a teenager for the program.

Program Participation

Registration: Registration for the program is subject to space availability. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
Program Content: The program curriculum covers braiding techniques, self-empowerment, entrepreneurship, and health. We may modify the program content at any time.
Attendance: Regular attendance is expected for successful program completion.
Expectation of Civility: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment throughout the program. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Users of the Site agree to:

Not use the Site to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Not upload or distribute any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any laws or regulations.
